Role: ACS/GNC Engineer - Hardware & Software Integration 
Salary Range: 115K- 175K
Location: Melbourne, FL or Remote 


Key Competencies

• Development of ADCS suite for smallsat platform
• 5+ or more years of work experience in development of ADCS subsystem (initially we can also put 10+)
• Verification and Validation plan and execution of ADCS suite
• Implementation of embedded ADCS SW control loop
• Implementation of AOCS control loop on HW
• Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink/C/C++/Python program languages
   

Required Experience & Skills 

• Excellent Knowledge of AOCS suite and architecture
• Excellent Knowledge of spacecraft attitude dynamic control theory
• Excellent Knowledge of sensor and actuator suite
• Excellent knowledge of GNC and spacecraft attitude determination techniques (Kalman Filtering)
• Practical experience with running test campaigns on ADCS equipment
• MIL, PIL, HIL testing campaign for ADCS loop
• Flight AOCS SW Autocoding and Validation on HW
• Definition and implementation of SW and HW interfaces between control board and ADCS equipment
• Management and verification of technical requirements

 Nice to Have's

• Experience with cubesat/nanosatellite/smallsat platform
• Knowledge of propulsion system and interface with ADCS loop
• Experience of LEOP and real-time operations of ADCS subsystem
